  1. Day 1: Coaker's Walk
    10 minutes (1.3 miles) from Kodaikanal Lake

    Coaker's Walk is a 1-kilometer-long paved pedestrian path that runs along the edge of steep slopes offering some breathtaking views of the surrounding mountainous landscape. The walkway is named after Lt. Coaker, who prepared the map of Kodai and it is located along a scenic route that takes you through pine forests and offers a panoramic view of the valley. There are a lot of small vendors selling hot corn and coffee. It's also a great spot for bird watching, particularly Indian ravens, sparrows, and bulbuls.

  2. Day 1: Pine Forest

    Pine Forest is a serene and beautiful place for a nature walk. Spread across acres of land, this evergreen forest offers a perfect setting to connect with nature. Many movies are shot here and Tamil films are popular here. The forest has a number of walking trails that take you through the lush greenery and offer a tranquil escape from the city life. The sunlight barely reaches the ground making it very fresh air to breathe.

  3. Day 2: Berijam Lake
    45 minutes (12 miles) from Pine Forest

    Berijam Lake is a beautiful and serene lake in Kodaikanal that is surrounded by dense forests with a variety of flora and fauna. It is located at a height of 1,800 meters above sea level and offers some spectacular views of the mountains and the forests surrounding it. Access to the lake is restricted and prior permission from the forest department is required to visit it. The scenic beauty of this place makes it a perfect spot for a romantic picnic by the lake.

  4. Day 2: Green Valley Viewpoint
    20 minutes (4.8 miles) from Berijam Lake

    Green Valley Viewpoint is a popular viewpoint in Kodaikanal, located at a height of 5,800 ft above sea level which offers some breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, forests, and the Vaigai Dam. The place is popularly known as Suicide Point owing to its dangerous deep valley and steep cliffs. A shooting spot for various movies and is known for its mystical atmosphere due to the fluffs of mist and fog that envelop the valley.
