Start your bachelorette trip by visiting the Government Botanical Garden, which is spread over 55 acres. It is one of the most popular tourist attractions due to its vast variety of flowers, plants, and trees. You can relax and enjoy the serene beauty and take lots of pictures. The garden is open from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Visit the highest peak in Ooty, Doddabetta. The road leading to the top offers some stunning views. You can see the beautiful valley and the Blue Mountains from atop. There is a telescope house at the peak which provides a closer view of the valley. The peak is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
End your trip by visiting the Ooty Lake. It is an artificially constructed lake made by John Sullivan in 1824. You can spend some time boating and enjoy the view of the Nilgiri Hills. There is also a Deer park near the lake. The lake is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
If you have more time, you can also visit the Rose Garden, which is just 10 minutes away from the Botanical Garden. For adventure activities, you can consider visiting the Ketti Valley or Pykara falls for trekking and boating. If you have less time, you may want to skip Doddabetta Peak and spend more time at the Botanical Garden or the lake.
