Gokarna May 2023: Adventure Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Gokarna Beach
    10 minutes (2.3 km) from Gokarna Bus Station

    Gokarna Beach is a serene, palm-lined beach that is perfect for a peaceful day under the sun. You can take a dip in the blue waters or go kayaking. Take a guided tour of the local village and its temples or climb the hill to catch an amazing view of the ocean.

  2. Day 2: Mirjan Fort and Yana Caves
    40 minutes (18.7 km) from Gokarna Beach

    Visit the 16th century Mirjan Fort that carries a rich history of the rulers of the Vijayanagar Empire. On your way back, hike to the Yana Caves, which is a trekker's paradise with breath-taking views of the Western Ghats. The caves have Shiv Lingas, which are worshipped by many locals.

  3. Day 3: Om Beach and Water Sports
    15 minutes (2.8 km) from Yana Caves

    A must-visit destination for all adventure enthusiasts, enjoy adrenaline-rushing water sports such as surfing and jet-skiing at Om Beach. Besides, you can get a tan at the sandy beach or explore the Namaste Yoga Farm, a retreat on the outskirts of town. Choose a sunset cruise for a perfect end to the trip.
