Start your day with a visit to Nidhivan, a serene forest where Lord Krishna is believed to perform Raas Leela with Radha and other gopis. The forest is home to several twisted trees and has a mystical vibe to it. It is believd that the deity here demands privacy during the night time that is why, the temple is closed after sunset.
On the second day, head out to visit the Govardhan Hill, which has great religious significance in Hindu mythology. The hill is believed to have been lifted up by Lord Krishna to protect the villagers from the wrath of Lord Indra. You can also visit the nearby Radha Kund, which is a holy lake associated with Lord Krishna and Radha.
Wrap up your trip with a visit to Kusum Sarovar, a scenic lake surrounded by lush green flora. The lake is named after Kusum, a friend of Radha, who used to meet her here. It is believed that taking a dip in the lake brings good luck and spiritual enlightenment.
If you have more time, you can explore other places in Vrindavan such as the Banke Bihari Temple, Prem Mandir, and ISKCON Temple. However, keep in mind that these places can be crowded, so plan accordingly. If you have less time, you can skip Govardhan Hill and spend more time at Nidhivan or Kusum Sarovar, depending on your preference.
