This ride will take approximately 3-4 hours, but we recommend taking your time and enjoying the stunning scenery.
Start your day with a ride through the lush Kottachedu Teak Forest. The winding roads through this dense forest make for a thrilling ride with some challenging twists and turns! Along the way, you'll find several picturesque ponds and viewpoints. We recommend stopping at the Kiliyur viewpoint for a stunning view of the valley. The total ride will take approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the number of stops you choose to make.
If you have more time, we recommend exploring some of the other scenic roads in the area, such as the Salem-Yercaud Ghat road or the Nagalur Road. For thrill-seekers, there are also several adventure activities available in Yercaud, including ziplining, rock climbing, and trekking. If you have less time, consider combining both rides into a single day or skipping the Kottachedu Teak Forest and spending more time exploring the Loop Road.
