Start your day with a visit to Pagoda Point, a rocky hilltop that provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the Eastern Ghats and the surrounding valleys. Enjoy the fresh mountain air as you take in the picturesque view. From there proceed to Tipperary View Point which offers magnificent scenery, unique landscapes and some natural trails to explore. Snap photos of the lush green forests and hills, and enjoy the perfect getaway from the hustle of the city.
Explore the pristine Yercaud Lake that is surrounded by hills and lush greenery. It is an artificial lake, with boating facilities available to make the experience even more exciting. Later in the day head down to Kiliyur Falls which is immersed in a serene and tranquil atmosphere. You can trek down to the bottom of the falls but make sure to carry necessary gear as the path can be a little risky.
If you have more time, add a visit to the Deer Park and the Anna Park to see some exotic wildlife and enjoy a scenic garden along with an artificial waterfall. If you have an extra day, explore the beautiful forest that surrounds the Yercaud Hills with a guided ATV tour. Make sure to carry ample drinking water and light snacks as you venture into the wilderness.
