Ekeberg park is home to over 30 sculptures and located just a short tram ride from the city center. After exploring the park, head to the city center for some shopping, dining, and people-watching.

Take a ferry from Aker Brygge to Hovedøya island, where you'll find an old abbey, pristine beaches, and a scenic hiking trail around the island.
Oslo has a well-developed public transportation system, with trams, buses, and ferries connecting the city center to its surrounding neighborhoods and islands. The best way to move around is by purchasing a daily ticket (90 NOK) or a 24-hour pass (180 NOK) which gives you access to all modes of transport.
If you have more time, visit the museums on Bygdøy for a glimpse into Norway's maritime history. The Viking Ship Museum and the Fram Museum are especially recommended. If you have less time, consider reducing visits to the City Center and Ekeberg park.
Oslo-Gardermoen Airport (OSL) is the largest airport in Norway, located 35 km northeast of Oslo city center. You can reach Oslo city center from the airport via train, airport bus or taxi. Torp Sandefjord Airport (TRF) is another airport serving Oslo but is farther away, around 118 km southwest of Oslo.
