Making Memories with Family in Munnar in May 2023

  1. Day 1: Mattupetty Dam
    30 minutes (8.5 km) from Munnar town

    Take a trip to the Tata Tea Museum and learn about the tea-making process. You can also taste different varieties of tea and buy some to take back home. The museum is surrounded by beautiful tea gardens and offers a great opportunity for some family pictures.

  4. Day 4: Eravikulam National Park
    30 minutes (11 km) from Tea Museum

    End your family vacation by visiting the Eravikulam National Park and witness the beauty of nature. The park is home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr, which can only be found in the southern part of the Western Ghats. You can also enjoy a trek to the Anamudi Peak, the highest peak in South India. The park is closed in February and March due to the calving season of the Nilgiri Tahr.
