Day 1: Arrive in Kedarnath
Located in the Himalayas, Kedarnath is a revered pilgrimage site in India. Start your trip by paying homage to the Kedarnath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. The temple is known for its stunning architecture and a spiritual atmosphere.

The temple is open from 4 am to 9 pm daily. Make sure to dress appropriately and be prepared for a long queue.
Day 2: Sonprayag
Located at the confluence of the rivers Mandakini and Basuki, Sonprayag offers scenic views of the Himalayas. Visit the Trijuginarayan Temple that is believed to be the site where Lord Shiva and Parvati got married. You can also take a dip in the natural hot water springs of Gaurikund which is known for its therapeutic properties.

The Trijuginarayan Temple is open from 7 am to 7 pm daily. Remember to carry water bottles, ID proof, and a camera to capture the scenic beauty of the place.
Day 3: Badrinath
Badrinath, located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand is one of the Char Dham, a pilgrimage circuit for Hindus. Visit the Badrinath Temple that is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is believed to be the site where he meditated in the form of Badrinarayan. You can also visit the Mana village, the last Indian village before the Indo-Tibet border.

The Badrinath Temple is open from 4:30 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 9 pm daily. Carry warm clothing as the weather can be chilly in the evening.
Day 4: Valley of Flowers
Declared as a National Park in 1982, the Valley of Flowers is a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its unique Himalayan flora. Trek through the valley and witness the breathtaking sight of colorful alpine flowers blooming amidst snow-clad mountains.
2 hours 40 minutes (56.3 miles) from Badrinath
The Valley of Flowers is open from 6 am to 5 pm daily between June and October. Wear comfortable shoes and carry a water bottle, sunscreen, and a windcheater.
Day 5: Auli
Auli is a popular skiing destination in India located at an altitude of 2,500 to 3,050 meters above sea level. Take the Auli Ropeway that connects Auli with Joshimath and offers panoramic views of the Himalayas. You can also visit the Gurso Bugyal, a beautiful meadow surrounded by coniferous trees.
2 hours (52 miles) from Valley of Flowers
The Auli Ropeway is open from 9 am to 4 pm daily. Carry warm clothing and comfortable shoes as there can be a lot of walking involved.
Day 6: Chopta
Known for its breathtaking views of the Himalayas and lush green meadows, Chopta is referred to as the 'Mini Switzerland' of India. Visit the Tungnath Temple, the highest Shiva temple in the world, and trek to the Chandrashila Peak for a panoramic view of the Himalayas.
1 hour 30 minutes (33 miles) from Auli
The Tungnath Temple is open from 6 am to 7 pm daily. Carry a water bottle, camera, and comfortable shoes for the trek to Chandrashila Peak which takes around 5 hours.
