Explore the ancient Edakkal Caves that are famous for its prehistoric rock etchings dating back to 6000 BCE. The cave art and the view from the top are breathtaking and worth the climb. The caves are open from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, and it takes around 2 hours to cover the entire place.
Visit the Soochipara Waterfalls, also known as Sentinel Rock Waterfalls. The falls are open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and require a moderate 10-15 minutes trek to reach the viewpoint.
