Begin your Kodaikanal trip with a stroll along the Coaker's Walk, a picturesque path that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys. The walkway is situated on the edge of a mountain and offers panoramic views of nearby towns and hills.
A trip to Kodaikanal is incomplete without a visit to the serene Kodaikanal Lake. This star-shaped lake is situated at an altitude of over 2,000 meters and covers an area of 60 acres. You can take a boat ride, hire a cycle or go horseback riding near the lake. There are also plenty of shops and eateries around the lake.
Located about 8 km from Kodaikanal Lake, the Pillar Rocks are a set of three massive rock formations that rise up to a height of 400 feet. You can enjoy a panoramic view of the valley from the top of the rocks. A viewpoint has been built near the rocks, which offers a spectacular view of the surrounding hills.
