Banasura Sagar Dam is the largest earthen dam in India and a popular tourist destination. The Edakkal Caves are a group of natural caves located on top of Ambukutty Mala. To reach the caves, you’ll have to trek for around 45 minutes through a picturesque trail filled with coffee and tea plantations. The caves contain stone age carvings, some of which date back to 6,000 BCE.
