The drive to Munnar will take you through winding roads, tea plantations, and beautiful landscapes. You can spend the rest of the day relaxing in your hotel or exploring nearby areas.
Today, you will visit the Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. You can also visit the Tea Museum to learn about the history of tea plantations in Munnar. In the afternoon, take a stroll through the beautiful tea plantations and enjoy a cup of fresh tea.
After breakfast, you will be driven to Wayanad, a picturesque district in Kerala. It is famous for its misty mountains, sprawling spice plantations, and rich cultural traditions. Upon arrival, you can explore the nearby areas or relax in your hotel.
Today, you will visit the Edakkal Caves, a prehistoric site that contains ancient cave paintings and rock carvings. You can also visit the Soochipara Waterfalls, a three-tiered waterfall surrounded by lush greenery. In the evening, you can explore the local markets and try some delicious Kerala cuisine.
Today, you will visit the Banasura Sagar Dam, the largest earth dam in India. You can also take a boat ride on the dam's reservoir and enjoy the beautiful views. In the afternoon, visit the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary and go on a wildlife safari to see elephants, tigers, and other animals in their natural habitat.
After breakfast, you will be driven back to Cochin for your departure flight or onward journey.
