4-Day Darjeeling Nature Itinerary in February 2024

  1. Day 1: Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park

  2. Day 2: Tiger Hill

    Wake up early and head to Tiger Hill to catch the sunrise over the Kanchenjunga mountains. The hill is the highest point in the region, and you'll get a breathtaking view of the snow-capped peaks. On a clear day, you can also see Mount Everest. The hill is open from 4:00 am to 6:00 am.

You can also spot rare animals like the Himalayan black bear, red panda, and clouded leopard. The park is open every day except Tuesday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

  4. Day 4: Rock Garden, Ganga Maya Park, and Chunnu Summer Falls
    1 hour 50 minutes (27.5 km) from Singalila National Park

    End your trip by visiting the Rock Garden, Ganga Maya Park, and Chunnu Summer Falls. These beautiful locations are perfect for a picnic or a relaxed walk. The Rock Garden is a terraced garden with cascading waterfalls, while Ganga Maya Park is a small amusement park with beautiful views. Chunnu Summer Falls is a picturesque waterfall with a small pool at the bottom. These locations are open every day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
