In the morning, start your trek to Kedarnath from Sonprayag. The trek takes you through scenic routes with refreshing waterfalls and dense forests. You can take a break at Bheembali and enjoy the natural hot water spring. After resuming your trek, you will reach Kedarnath by late afternoon. Visit the Kedarnath temple and seek blessings from Lord Shiva. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful walk around the temple and indulge in some local delicacies.
Early in the morning, head towards Vasuki Tal, a high altitude lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks. The trek is challenging but offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas. After reaching Vasuki Tal, spend some time soaking in the serene beauty of the place. Later, start your descent towards Kedarnath and visit the Shankaracharya Samadhi and Bhairav Temple. In the evening, enjoy a bonfire and share your trekking experiences with fellow trekkers.
If you have time, you can visit the Gandhi Sarovar, a glacial lake located at an altitude of 14,000 feet.
