Morning: Start early for a scenic drive to Singalila National Park, a biodiverse area with an elevation ranging from 7,900 to 12,000 feet. Here, you can enjoy a picturesque trek through the Himalayan forests, and be sure to keep an eye out for the elusive Red Panda.
Afternoon: Stop for a picnic lunch amidst the serene beauty of the park. After lunch, continue your trek to Sandakphu, which offers breathtaking views of four of the five highest peaks in the world.
Evening: Head back to Darjeeling for dinner and to rest up for another day of adventure!
If you still have time, consider visiting the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park. Here, you can see various Himalayan animals including the Snow Leopard and the Himalayan Tahr. You can also take a ride on the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, also known as the "Toy Train," for a scenic journey through the hills.
