The trek to Gandhi Sarovar takes about 3-4 hours from Kedarnath. Spend some time near the lake and relax. Head back to Kedarnath by early afternoon.
After breakfast, visit the Bhairav Temple. It is situated near the Kedarnath temple and is dedicated to Lord Bhairav. It is believed that Lord Bhairav guards the Kedarnath temple during winters when it remains closed. Spend some time inside the temple premises and explore the surrounding area. Head back to the hotel by afternoon.
You can consider visiting the Sonprayag, Triyuginarayan Temple, or Guptkashi. If you have more time, you can also take a day trip to Badrinath, which is about 3-4 hours' drive from Kedarnath.
