In the morning, gear up for an exciting day of white water rafting in the Ganges. You'll be taken to the starting point of the rafting experience where an expert guide will give you the safety instructions and equipment. You'll spend about 3 hours rafting through the rapids of Ganges River. After lunch, head back to Rishikesh and visit the Beatles Ashram. In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti ceremony at Parmarth Niketan Ashram.
Start your day with a thrilling bungee jumping experience from a height of 83 meters. After that, cool off with a refreshing dip in the natural pool below. Next, try cliff jumping and feel the adrenaline rush as you jump from a height of 25 feet into the river. In the afternoon, visit the Triveni Ghat for a dip in the holy waters of Ganges. Today, go on a trek to the beautiful Neer Garh Waterfall. The trek is relatively easy and takes about 2 hours. Spend some time at the waterfall and enjoy the scenic beauty of the surrounding hills. After returning from the trek, have lunch at one of the local cafes. In the afternoon, explore the narrow lanes of Rishikesh and visit the Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula bridges. In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti ceremony at Triveni Ghat.
If you have extra time, consider visiting Rajaji National Park for a wildlife safari. You can also try kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding on the Ganges. Another great experience is taking a yoga or meditation class at one of the local ashrams. If you have an extra day, visit Haridwar, a holy city located about 20 km from Rishikesh.
