Do not miss the toy train ride from Ooty to Coonoor that passes through some of the most scenic spots in the Nilgiris. You can also visit the tea estates in Coonoor and learn about the tea-making process. Do not forget to try the local delicacy, "Ooty Varkey", a baked snack made of flour, butter, and sugar.
