Singapore in August 2023: 7-Day Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Gardens by the Bay
    15 minutes (4 km) from the airport

    In the morning, stroll through the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome, two climate-controlled glasshouses featuring plants from around the world. In the afternoon, watch the light show at Supertree Grove and explore the outdoor gardens. For dinner, try the hawker food at Satay by the Bay.

  2. Day 2: Sentosa Island
    20 minutes (12 km) from Gardens by the Bay

    Take the cable car to Sentosa Island in the morning and visit Universal Studios, the S.E.A Aquarium, and the Trick Eye Museum. In the afternoon, head to Siloso Beach for some sun and sea. End the day with the Wings of Time show.

  3. Day 3: Chinatown
    20 minutes (7 km) from Sentosa Island

  7. Day 7: Little India

    Start the day with a visit to the Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple. Have lunch at one of the many Indian restaurants and shop for spices and fabrics on Serangoon Road. In the evening, catch a Bollywood movie at the Rex Cinemas.

If you have extra time, consider visiting the Night Safari, the Merlion Park, or the Singapore Flyer. For a side trip, go to the nearby island of Pulau Ubin or spend a day at the Batam Island in Indonesia.
