4-Day Itinerary for Wayanad, Coorg

  1. Day 1: Chembra Peak
    40 minutes (14.5 miles) from Wayanad

    In the morning, we will start our journey to Chembra Peak. It is the highest peak in Wayanad and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding valleys. After reaching the top, we will have a packed lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit the Soochipara Waterfalls where we can enjoy the scenic beauty of the waterfalls and take a dip in the pool at the bottom. In the evening, we will head back to Wayanad and relax at the hotel.

  2. Day 2: Dubare Elephant Camp
    2 hours 30 minutes (74.5 miles) from Wayanad

    After breakfast, we will drive to Dubare Elephant Camp. Here, we can take a bath with the elephants and also enjoy elephant rides. In the afternoon, we will visit the famous Madikeri Fort and Museum which is a historical monument. In the evening, we can take a walk around Raja's Seat and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

  3. Day 3: Nagarhole National Park
    1 hour 40 minutes (46.2 miles) from Coorg

    In the morning, we will visit the Nagarhole National Park. It is home to many species of animals including tigers, elephants, and leopards. We can take a wildlife safari and watch the animals in their natural habitat. In the afternoon, we will head to the Iruppu Falls which is a picturesque waterfall located in the Brahmagiri range. In the evening, we will drive back to Coorg and relax at the hotel.

  4. Day 4: Abbey Falls
    30 minutes (7.5 miles) from Coorg

    On the last day, we will visit the beautiful Abbey Falls. It is a popular tourist attraction and offers a scenic view of the waterfall. We can also take a walk around the coffee plantations nearby. In the afternoon, we will visit the Omkareshwara Temple which is a beautiful temple built in the 18th century. In the evening, we can take a walk around the Coorg market and do some shopping.
