In the morning, visit the Neer Garh Waterfall and enjoy a refreshing swim. Afterward, head to Shivpuri to experience white-water rafting in the Ganges river. In the afternoon, visit Rajaji National Park for a jungle safari, where you can spot tigers, elephants, and other wildlife. In the evening, head to Triveni Ghat for the famous Ganga Aarti ceremony.
In the morning, attend a yoga session at one of the many yoga centers in Rishikesh such as the Patanjali International Yoga Foundation or the Omkarananda Patanjala Yoga Kendra. In the afternoon, visit the Vashistha Cave, a holy spot where the sage Vashistha meditated. Afterward, visit the Trayambakeshwar Temple, one of the oldest temples in Rishikesh, and enjoy the beautiful view of the city from the hilltop. In the evening, head to Parmarth Niketan Ashram for the Ganga Aarti ceremony.
Don't forget to try some of the local street food while exploring Rishikesh, such as Aloo Tikki and Kachori. If you have time, consider visiting Haridwar, a nearby holy city, or taking a trek to the famous Neelkanth Mahadev Temple.
