A 2-day Family Friendly Itinerary for Mathura Vrindavan in May 2023

    Afternoon: Head towards the Mathura Museum, which has a large collection of archeological, bronze and stone sculptures. Understand the history of Mathura and see some of the important artifacts and relics of the Gupta and the Kushan periods.

    Evening: Visit the Vishram Ghat, one of the most important ghats of Mathura. Take in the serene view of the Yamuna river and the ghats, which are beautifully lit up at night. Here, you can take a boat ride to see the Aarti ceremony and experience the spiritual energy of the place.

    Afternoon: Head to the ISKCON Temple, where you can learn about Krishna consciousness and the teachings of Bhagwad Gita. The temple has a beautiful architecture and serene surroundings. You can also enjoy a pure vegetarian lunch at the temple.

    Evening: Visit the Prem Mandir, a beautiful temple that has a unique combination of white marble and colorful lighting. The temple has beautiful gardens and fountains that come alive with music and lights in the evening. Witness the grand evening Aarti ceremony and enjoy the calm and peaceful environment.
