Travellers can book a private car or taxi to get around Nepal. Public transportation such as buses are also available but can be quite crowded and uncomfortable. The estimated cost for private transportation is around £50 per day with the average travel time of 1-2 hours depending on the location.
If you have more time, you can explore other beautiful places such as Boudhanath Stupa in Kathmandu, Pokhara Peace Pagoda or Lumbini. If you have less time, you can skip the visit to Nagarkot or Sarangkot, but we highly recommend you to visit at least one of them for breathtaking views of the Himalayas.
