6-Day Dubai Itinerary for Family-Friendly Travelers in September 2023

  1. Day 1: Dubai Miracle Garden
    30 minutes (12 miles) from Dubai International Airport

    In the morning, you will visit the Dubai Miracle Garden, one of the world's largest flower gardens. It is a perfect spot to take family pictures and enjoy the beautiful scenery. In the afternoon, you can visit the Butterfly Garden, which is located inside the Miracle Garden and has different species of butterflies, or take some refreshments in the cafes. In the evening, head to Dubai Mall for a delightful shopping experience.

  2. Day 2: Ski Dubai
    20 minutes (8 miles) from Dubai Miracle Garden

    Ski Dubai is an indoor skiing resort, perfect for family fun. You can ski, snowboard, or just play in the snow. In the afternoon, head to Mall of the Emirates for lunch and shopping. In the evening, you can visit the Dubai Fountain, the world's largest choreographed fountain system, located in the middle of the man-made Burj Khalifa Lake.

  3. Day 3: Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo
    10 minutes (4 miles) from Ski Dubai

    The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo is a fantastic place to explore marine life. You can walk through the aquarium tunnel and see sharks, rays, and other sea creatures swimming above you. In the afternoon, visit the Dubai Museum, located in Dubai's oldest building, Al Fahidi Fort, and learn about Dubai's history. In the evening, you can take an abra (water taxi) ride to explore the Dubai Creek.

  4. Day 4: Wild Wadi Waterpark

    Dubai Parks and Resorts is a mega-theme park, with four different theme parks to choose from. Spend the day having fun at LEGOLAND, Bollywood Parks, Motiongate, or Riverland. In the evening, you can visit the Dubai Marina, take a walk along the promenade, or take a dhow cruise dinner.

  6. Day 6: Global Village
    30 minutes (12 miles) from Dubai Parks and Resorts

    Global Village is a seasonal attraction, running from November to April. It is a massive cultural and entertainment destination, with pavilions representing different countries from around the world. In the afternoon, you can visit the Palm Jumeirah, an artificial island with a beautiful beach, restaurants, and cafes. In the evening, you can enjoy Dubai's nightlife at one of the city's famous nightclubs.
