Recommendations

If you have more time, consider visiting the Meenmutty Falls and the Pakshipathalam Bird Sanctuary in Wayanad. You can also take a day trip to the Athirappilly Waterfalls, located a few hours from Munnar. To maximize your fun, book your adventure activities in advance and carry appropriate gear and clothing. Make sure to stay hydrated and carry snacks on your treks. Our other suggestions include exploring the local cuisine and trying the famous Kerala Sadhya, a traditional feast served on banana leaves.
