Transportation

Airports

Rome has two major airports, Leonardo da Vinci (FCO) and Ciampino (CIA). FCO is the busiest airport with direct flights to major cities worldwide. It is located 22 miles southwest of the city centre. You can take a train or taxi to reach the city centre. CIA handles mainly domestic and low-cost airlines and is located 7.5 miles southeast of the city centre.
