  1. Day 1: Kodaikanal Lake

    On day 2, visit the Pillar Rocks, a set of three rock pillars that offer a stunning view of the surrounding valley. After enjoying the view, head to the nearby Guna Cave, a natural cave that is believed to have been formed from a landslide.     On day 3, head to Berijam Lake, a serene reservoir that is located in a forested area. Note that you will need a permit to visit this lake. Afterward, visit the nearby Silent Valley Viewpoint, which offers a panoramic view of the valley. In the afternoon, visit the Kodaikanal Solar Observatory, which is located on the highest point of the town and offers a fascinating insight into the study of solar physics.
