4-Day Itinerary for Rishikesh in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Parmarth Niketan
    10 minutes (3.5 km) from Rishikesh Bus Stand

    In the morning, visit Parmarth Niketan, a beautiful ashram located on the banks of River Ganges. Attend the Ganga Aarti ceremony in the evening to witness the magical chanting and lighting of lamps. For the afternoon, take an excursion to the Neer Garh Waterfall, a picturesque waterfall surrounded by lush greenery. In the evening, explore cafes and markets near Laxman Jhula.

  2. Day 2: Rajaji National Park
    1 hour 30 minutes (33 km) from Parmarth Niketan

    Start your day early and head to Rajaji National Park for a jungle safari. Spot tigers, elephants, leopards, and various species of birds and reptiles. Have lunch at the park and then return to Rishikesh. In the evening, go for a yoga or meditation session at a local studio.

  3. Day 3: Beatles Ashram and Triveni Ghat

    Head to Shivpuri in the morning for a thrilling white-water rafting experience. After lunch, visit Jumpin Heights, Asia's highest bungee jumping platform, and indulge in some extreme adventure. In the evening, relax and unwind with a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage or spa session.
