If you have an extra day, you can visit the beautiful town of Guptkashi and explore the surrounding areas. Other than that, there are no side trips that you can take from Kedarnath. To maximize your fun, make sure to carry enough water and food with you during your treks. Also, make sure to wear comfortable trekking shoes and warm clothes. Lastly, we highly recommend that you book your accommodation and helicopter tickets in advance to avoid any last-minute hassle.
