Tiger Hill is about 11km (30 minutes drive) from Darjeeling town center. It is advisable to hire a taxi the night before to reach in time for the sunrise.

Batasia Loop

Visit the famous Batasia Loop, a spiral railway created to lower the gradient of ascent of the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway. Enjoy the view of the toy train making its way through the loop.
Batasia Loop is around 5km (15 minutes drive) from Tiger Hill. You can easily find a taxi or hire one for the day.

Peace Pagoda

Head to the Peace Pagoda, a serene Buddhist stupa offering a tranquil environment and stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
Peace Pagoda is approximately 3km (10 minutes drive) from Batasia Loop. Taxis are readily available for hire.

Picnic at Rock Garden

Relax and have a picnic amidst nature at the Rock Garden, a beautiful terraced garden with waterfalls and lush greenery.
Rock Garden is about 10km (30 minutes drive) from Peace Pagoda. You can hire a taxi to take you there.

Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park

Conclude your day with a visit to the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, known for its conservation efforts and housing rare Himalayan species like the snow leopard and red panda.
The zoo is located around 2km (10 minutes drive) from Rock Garden. Taxis or local transportation can be used to reach the zoo.
