  1. Day 1: White Water Rafting at Ganges River
Located 20 minutes (12 km) from Rishikesh City Centre

Start your first morning in Rishikesh with an adventure-filled white water rafting experience at the Ganges River. As the water levels are high in June, the rapids are more challenging, and the thrill is unmatched. Enjoy the adrenaline rush while paddling through the rapids and taking in the pristine natural beauty that surrounds the river. Afternoon is a good time to relax by the river, swim, or indulge in other water activities such as cliff jumping. In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti ceremony, a Hindu ritual to worship the river, at Parmarth Niketan Ashram.

  2. Day 2: Bungee Jumping and Giant Swing at Jumpin Heights
Located 30 minutes (16 km) from Rishikesh City Centre

Get your adrenaline pumping on the second day by experiencing the thrill of bungee jumping and giant swing at Jumpin Heights, India's first and highest fixed-platform bungee jumping platform. You'll get to jump off a 83-meter high platform with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and the Ganges flowing beneath you. For adventure lovers who are seeking an extra dose of thrill, the Giant Swing is a must-try. In the afternoon, head to Neer Garh Waterfall, about 20 minutes away, and enjoy a refreshing swim in the natural pool. In the evening, visit The Beatles Ashram, also known as Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ashram to explore the abandoned meditation retreat of the famous British Band.

  3. Day 3: Trekking to Kunjapuri Temple and Camping
Located 1 hour 30 minutes (31 km) from Rishikesh City Centre

On the last day, go on a scenic trek to Kunjapuri Temple, which is situated at an altitude of 1645 meters. The 8 km long trek is moderately difficult and takes around 3-4 hours to complete. The trek offers panoramic views of the Himalayas, Ganges, and Rishikesh city. Once you reach the temple, take some time to relax and admire the breathtaking view. In the evening, head to a camping site near the Ganges and enjoy a night under the stars while sitting around a bonfire and indulging in some delicious local food.
