2-Day Cultural Immersion Itinerary in Dwarka - June 2023

  1. Day 1: Dwarkadhish Temple

    Morning - Start your day by visiting one of the most significant pilgrimage sites in India, Dwarkadhish Temple. It is believed to be the ancient kingdom of Lord Krishna and attracts millions of devotees every year. Be prepared to be amazed by the stunning architecture and spirituality of this holy place.
    Afternoon - Enjoy lunch at the temple's food court, where you can try delicious vegetarian food, including traditional Gujarati thali. Then, head to Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, located 20 minutes away, to witness one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India.
    Evening - Explore the nearby Gomti Ghat, where you can take a holy dip in the river or enjoy a boat ride while witnessing the beautiful sunset. Don't forget to try some street food and shop for souvenirs at the local market.

Then, head to Rukmini Devi Temple, 30 minutes away, dedicated to the goddess Rukmini, Lord Krishna's wife. It is one of the most visited temples in Dwarka, known for its intricate architecture and beautiful surroundings.
    Evening - End your day by visiting the Dwarka Lighthouse, located 15 minutes away, offering a mesmerizing view of the Arabian Sea. You can also participate in the evening aarti at Dwarkadhish Temple, which takes place at 7 pm every day.
