Kedarnath City Experiences Itinerary - May 2024

  1. Day 1: Kedarnath Temple

  3. Day 3: Gaurikund

  6. Day 6: Triyuginarayan Temple

    Visit the ancient Triyuginarayan Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple is believed to be the place where Lord Shiva got married to Goddess Parvati. The trek to the temple is easy and is surrounded by beautiful landscapes.

  7. Day 7: Guptkashi
    39.8 km from Kedarnath (1 hour 30 minutes by car)

    Visit the town of Guptkashi, which is famous for its ancient temples and scenic beauty. The town is also the starting point for the trek to Kedarnath Temple. Do not forget to try the local delicacies in the town.

Recommendations

If you have an extra day, you can visit the nearby town of Rudraprayag, which is located at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. You can also take a helicopter tour to have an aerial view of the Kedarnath Temple and surrounding areas.
