Madrid Nature Itinerary (June 2023)

  1. Day 1: El Retiro Park
    8 minutes (2.4 km) from Puerta del Sol

    In the morning, take a stroll in the beautiful El Retiro Park, one of the biggest parks in Madrid. Rent a boat and sail in the lake, or visit the crystal palace. In the afternoon, explore the Prado Museum. End the day with a flamenco show at Corral de la Morería.

  2. Day 2: Casa de Campo
    16 minutes (6.2 km) from El Retiro Park

    In the morning, head to Casa de Campo, a huge park with a lake, zoo and an amusement park. Take a cable car ride and enjoy the panoramic views of Madrid. In the afternoon, visit the Royal Palace. End the day with a walk in the Gran Via and try some Spanish cuisine in a local restaurant.

  3. Day 3: Madrid Rio Park
    12 minutes (4.5 km) from Casa de Campo

    In the morning, bike or walk in Madrid Rio Park, a green space alongside the Manzanares River. Visit the Temple of Debod, an ancient Egyptian temple located in the park. In the afternoon, visit the Reina Sofia Museum. End the day with a rooftop drink and a view of the city skyline at the Círculo de Bellas Artes.

  4. Day 4: La Pedriza

  5. Day 5: Botanical Garden and Retiro Park
