Two-Day Shoestring Budget Itinerary for Vrindavan in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Shri Bankey Bihari Temple

    The Shri Bankey Bihari Temple is one of the most revered temples in Vrindavan. It is dedicated to Lord Krishna and was established by Swami Haridas in the 16th century. In the morning, you can witness the Mangla Aarti at 5:30 AM, which is followed by the Shringar Aarti at 7:45 AM. After breakfast, visit the Radha Vallabh Temple, located just 600 meters from the Shri Bankey Bihari Temple. Built in the year 1626 AD, it is one of the oldest temples in Vrindavan. In the afternoon, explore the narrow lanes of Vrindavan and indulge in some street food. Later, visit the Prem Mandir, located just a kilometer away. It is a beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Krishna and Radha.

  2. Day 2: ISKCON Vrindavan
    15 minutes (3.5 km) from Hotel Wingston Goverdhan

    Start your day at the ISKCON Vrindavan, which is located in the Raman Reti area. Attend the morning aarti at 4:30 AM, followed by the Guru Puja at 7:15 AM. After breakfast, visit the Kesi Ghat, located just 2.5 km from the ISKCON Vrindavan. It is believed to be the place where Lord Krishna killed the demon Kesi. In the afternoon, visit the Radha Damodar Temple, located just a kilometer away from the Kesi Ghat. It is one of the seven temples established by Rupa Goswami. In the evening, attend the Sandhya Aarti at the ISKCON Vrindavan and immerse yourself in the devotional atmosphere.
