    15 minutes (2 miles) from Berlin Wall

    You can’t leave Berlin without experiencing Currywurst, and what better way to learn about this iconic snack than at this unique interactive museum dedicated to it. Discover the different varieties of sausage and learn about its history while getting to sample some. After indulging, continue your journey further.

    Museum Island houses several of Berlin's top museums, including the Pergamon Museum, home to the Ishtar Gate of Babylon, the Berliner Dom, and the Altes Museum, which showcases ancient Greek and Roman art. Take a stroll and discover the rich cultural history of Berlin before moving along to the last stop.

    End your day with a visit to the Reichstag Building, one of Berlin’s most significant landmarks. The building was severely damaged in WWII and underwent extensive renovations before being re-opened as the German parliament. Take the elevator to the top for a magnificent 360-degree view of the city.

Transportation

Airports

Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is the primary airport serving the city, located 18 kilometers southeast of the city center. The airport, opened in 2020, replaced the former two Berlin airports (Tegel and Schönefeld).
