Four-Day Family-Friendly Itinerary for Vrindavan in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Prem Mandir
    5 minutes (0.5 miles) from Vrindavan Junction railway station

    Take a day trip to Govardhan Hill, which is considered a sacred site in India. The hill is said to be the personification of Lord Krishna and is a popular pilgrimage site. You can also visit the Kusum Sarovar, a beautiful lake near Govardhan Hill. In the evening, return to Vrindavan and visit the Madan Mohan Temple, another famous temple dedicated to Lord Krishna.

  4. Day 4: Sri Krishna-Balaram Mandir and Vrindavan Parikrama
    10 minutes (0.5 miles) from Madan Mohan Temple

    Visit the Sri Krishna-Balaram Mandir, which is also known as the ISKCON temple. The temple was established in 1975 and is dedicated to Lord Krishna and Balarama. After lunch, take a Vrindavan Parikrama, which is a circumambulation of the holy town of Vrindavan. You can visit various temples and holy sites during the parikrama. In the evening, you can attend the Sandhya Aarti at the Yamuna riverbank.
