Recommendations

If you have more time, consider exploring other beaches like Colva and Varca. You can also take a day trip to the capital city of Panaji and visit the famous Basilica of Bom Jesus and the Dona Paula viewpoint. For adventure seekers, there are options for trekking and camping in the nearby forests. Don't forget to try the local seafood and visit the night markets for an immersive experience.

Maximize your fun by hiring a scooter or a bike and exploring the area at your own pace. Make sure to carry sunscreen, sunglasses and comfortable shoes. Avoid visiting during the monsoon season (June to September) as many places, including Dudhsagar Falls, are closed due to heavy rainfall.
