3-Day Madurai Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Meenakshi Amman Temple

    Start your day with a visit to the Thiruparankundram Murugan Temple, one of the six abodes of Lord Muruga. Climb up the hill to reach the temple and enjoy the panoramic view of the city. In the afternoon, head to the Pazhamudircholai Murugan Temple, located amidst the scenic Palani Hills. Legend has it that Lord Muruga taught the Tamil language to his father Lord Shiva in this very spot. End your day with a drive to the nearby Samanar Hills, famous for its Jain caves and sculptures.
