  1. Day 1: Edakkal Caves
    30 minutes (11.3 km) from Kalpetta

    Start your Wayanad trip with a visit to the fascinating Edakkal Caves. These prehistoric caves are situated on Ambukuthi Hills and can be reached after a short trek. You can take a jeep safari through the sanctuary and spot elephants, tigers, leopards, and other wildlife. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Kuruvadweep Island, which is situated in the Kabini River and is home to a variety of rare birds and animals.   5. Day 5: Chembra Peak
