  1. Day 1: Munnar

While in Munnar, don't miss out on visiting the Top Station and enjoying the panoramic views of the Western Ghats. You can also go on a jeep safari to explore the lesser-known spots in the region. If you have time, consider taking a day trip to Vagamon, a scenic hill station located 2 hours away from Munnar. Another great side trip from Thekkady is a visit to the nearby hill station of Gavi, which is known for its beautiful landscapes and wildlife sightings. Don't forget to try the local delicacies such as appam, puttu, and fish curry while in Kerala.
