Exploring Yercaud in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Yercaud Lake

    Start your day at the picturesque Yercaud Lake. You can rent a boat and enjoy a leisurely ride on the lake. Alternatively, you can opt for a walk around the lake, and explore the lovely gardens filled with seasonal flowers. The lake also has several food stalls where you can try some delicious local snacks. In the afternoon, you can visit the Anna Park, which is located just a few minutes away from the lake.

  2. Day 2: Shevaroy Temple
    23 minutes (10.8 km) from Yercaud Lake

    Start your day with a visit to the Shevaroy Temple. This ancient temple is dedicated to Lord Shevaroy, and is surrounded by lush green forests. The temple is known for its exquisite architecture, and the intricate carvings on the walls. Spend some time exploring the temple and its surroundings. In the afternoon, head to the Pagoda Point, which is just a short drive away from the temple. Here, you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley below.
