4 Days Itinerary for Kedarnath in August 2023

  1. Day 1: Visit Kedarnath Temple

    In the morning, visit the Triyuginarayan Temple, a beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. According to Hindu mythology, it is believed that Lord Shiva married Goddess Parvati at this temple. Afterward, head to Sonprayag and take a dip in the holy waters of the River Mandakini. In the afternoon, enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the local restaurants. In the evening, return to Kedarnath and spend some time exploring the town and local markets.
