Transportation

Seattle has a reliable public transportation system which includes bus and rail services. However, if you are looking for a more independent mode of transportation, you can rent a bike from Lime or take advantage of Seattle’s bike-sharing program. This itinerary is best done on foot with comfortable shoes because most of the attractions are not too far from each other.

Useful Tips

If you have more time, visit the Museum of Flight to learn about aviation history, spend time exploring Seattle’s art museums, or have lunch at Ivar's Acres of Clams. For those with less time, remove Kerry Park from the itinerary and head to the Seattle Great Wheel instead.

Airports

Seattle has two airports: Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and King County International Airport/Boeing Field (BFI). SEA is about 14 miles South of Seattle, while BFI is 5 miles south of the city center. SEA serves many major airlines while BFI is mainly used for general and business aviation.
