Recommendations

If you have extra time, visit the Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary or the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park. You can also take a Spice Plantation tour to learn about the spices used in Goan cuisine. For a side trip, consider visiting the nearby beaches of Palolem, Agonda or Cola. To maximize your fun, try the local seafood, especially the fish curry rice, and attend a traditional Goan dance performance. Finally, don't forget to bring sunscreen, insect repellent and comfortable shoes for walking and trekking.
