One Day Adventure Itinerary in Coorg - June 2023

  1. 9:00AM: Dubare Elephant Camp

    Get up close and personal with elephants at the Dubare Elephant Camp. You can observe them being bathed, fed, and even take an elephant ride. June is a great time to visit as the river will be flowing, and you can enjoy a coracle ride as well.

  2. 11:30AM: Mandalpatti
    1 hour 30 minutes (40.3 km) from Dubare Elephant Camp

    If you are a fan of scenic drives, Mandalpatti is the perfect location for you. The 25 km drive from Madikeri to Mandalpatti will give you a glimpse of the beautiful Western Ghats. Once you reach the top, you can enjoy panoramic views of the valley below.

  3. 2:00PM: Abbey Falls
    1 hour 10 minutes (29.6 km) from Mandalpatti

    A breathtaking waterfall surrounded by lush greenery, Abbey Falls is a must-visit place in Coorg. The waterfall is at its best during the monsoon season, and June falls during the early part of the monsoon season. You can walk around the falls and take pictures, but swimming is not allowed.

  4. 4:00PM: Quad Biking at Kedakal Estate
    1 hour (20.2 km) from Abbey Falls

    Head to Kedakal Estate for an exciting adventure of quad biking. Ride through the estate's coffee plantations and forest trails, experiencing the thrill of off-roading. The activity is suitable for all age groups and is conducted under expert supervision.

  5. 6:00PM: Sunset at Raja's Seat
    30 minutes (10.8 km) from Kedakal Estate

    End your day with a serene sunset view at Raja's Seat. This historic viewpoint was once the favorite spot of the King of Kodagu. The garden surrounding the viewpoint offers a breathtaking view of the hills and valleys below. The musical fountain show in the evening is an added attraction.
