Recommendations

Coorg has a lot to offer, and three days may not be enough to explore everything. If you have more time, you can visit Nagarhole National Park, a wildlife sanctuary home to tigers, elephants, and Indian bison. You can also go trekking to Tadiandamol Peak, the highest peak in Coorg. For those who love adventure activities, you can go river rafting in Barapole River. Don't forget to taste the local cuisine, especially the spicy pork and bamboo shoot curry and the pandi curry (pork curry).

For side trips, you can visit the nearby hill stations of Ooty and Wayanad. You can also take a day trip to Mysore, known for its magnificent palace and beautiful gardens.

To maximize your fun, plan your itinerary well in advance and book your tickets and accommodations in advance. Hire a local guide for a more immersive experience, and don't forget to carry sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable walking shoes.

Finally, enjoy the serene natural beauty of Coorg, take a break from your hectic life, and rejuvenate yourself in this picturesque hill station.
