A 4-Day Shoestring Budget Itinerary for North Goa in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Explore Panaji

    Start your trip by exploring the capital city of Goa, Panaji. Begin with a visit to the beautiful Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Church, which is over 400 years old and features an impressive bell tower. Afterwards, take a stroll through the Latin Quarter, Fontainhas. Here, you'll see quaint, colorful houses and get a sense of the city's Portuguese influence. End the day with a visit to the serene Miramar Beach, where you can relax and enjoy the sunset.

  2. Day 2: Discover Old Goa
    30 minutes (10.4 km) from Panaji

    Head to Old Goa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to explore the many churches and cathedrals from the Portuguese era. Don't miss the stunning Basilica of Bom Jesus, which houses the remains of St. Francis Xavier. Afterwards, visit the beautiful Se Cathedral, the largest church in Asia.   3. Day 3: Enjoy the Beaches

  4. Day 4: Visit the Dudhsagar Falls
    2 hours 30 minutes (75.2 km) from Anjuna Beach

    On your final day, take a trip to the beautiful Dudhsagar Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India. The falls are located in the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park, where you can also enjoy a safari and see a variety of animals and birds. After exploring the park, head back to North Goa for a last night out on the town.
