What to Pack for 8 days in ireland in winter with doctor/hospital appointment on the third day.all leggings and I only have 4 pairs of leggings and 2 pairs of bike shorts as underwear over normal underwear but under normal pants.using one of the leggings for flying and sleeping and I have adhd meds .due to sensory issues. Please make this a checklist with check boxes and the dates are 9 to the 16 of December
